I don't think anyone knows for sure, but i've seen a few people say that it's not "realistic" enough for IV (I'm beginning to dislike that word). Anyhow, i was just watching Shoot 'Em Up, and a thought came to me (Rarely happens) - brothels. Rather than the streetwalkers, there may be brothels instead, or just one brothel. Or both. And when you finally get IV in your hands perhaps if your really lucky celebratory music will eminate from all surrounding areas as it is accompanied with giant lettering that appears out of thin air that reads "mission accomplished" as if god himself was trying to tell you that you sure did a "jolly f*cking good job! " The point I'm trying to make here is that life is not like GTA, therefore you should probably try to get one before you start living out your life through various pixelated polygons. Either that or gain some maturity, the lack of one or both will probably never land you a decent girl... or guy if thats your bag. I guess being curious how Rockstar would implement the feature in this new game is a valid question, especially in light of all the controversy GTA gets for having prostitutes, but if your desperate enough to ask (and ask in the manner you did) it hints at maturity issues.
