Naseem Srour
Try deteing the .set file, located My Document/GTA San Andreas user files And also try windows compatibility mode. Also in the game .. go to your display options and change the resolution to 800x600x32 or lower.

Gouveia
Get a better PC. Although my PC, that is hell worse that yours, runs it on max, lag-less.

Bad~Boy#17
Other games or programs work well or also lagg ?
Girish
Close all other programs before running SA.
gtamodder
Try this. This worked for me and got rid of any lag i had. Start up san andreas, then ALT+TAB Out the game, bring up task manager, click the processes tab and find gta-sa.exe, right click it then Set Priority to high. You must do this when san andreas is running
Gouveia
As I said, get a better PC. Or try turning off any filters, putting details on low, lowering draw distance, turning frame limiter off.
