My biggest hope for the DLC, although I doubt that it is likely is that you would have a whole new short storyline with a new character, like a Liberty City Stories or Vice City stories sort of thing. Depending on how big the content is this is highly unlikely since a decent storylne could not be developed for a DLC that was not big.

It's just going to be some extra missions, extra guns, and stuff like that.

So basically the original poster wants a whole new GTA game as Downloadable Content. Haha. Expectations are so outrageous here.

 

And I doubt it would be even as much as a small island. MAYBE several new cars and a gun or two.

I just hope there's going to be DLC for the Playstation 3 version, hopefully Rockstar will put variety into the DLC by having different exclusive weapons, clothes etc for both systems instead of having the same DLC packs for both systems.

Didnt say I expected. Even said that I highly highly doubt that it would be.

Well, going on what has been officially said about the DLC, I'm guessing it will be extra cars, weapons, and extra gameplay. Microsoft said each extra DLC would be at least 10 hours long, so what that means to me, is new missions... Because what else would be 10 hours long? Nothing. Besides maybe movies, and soundtracks, but I doubt it, since you can buy that stuff at a store. So I'm guessing cars, weapons, and missions.

now now, i thought i saw some article say the DLC will add a substantial amount to the game, each adding about atleast another 10 hrs of gameplay. I wouldnt put the new character out of the question, but that doesnt seem long enough to really have an engaging storyline.

At least some people can interpret something correctly and not completely misinterperet it so they can take a shot at someone.

But about the DLC exclusive to the xbox 360, I have a 360, but I think PS3 owners shouldn't be worried, I think that it will probably be waaaay overpriced (as most xbox live pay-to-download things are), and overrated.
