Both are more damaging than weed. I don't smoke it myself, and I find people that boast about smoking it are idiots. College Footbal is more serious than HS football. At my college if they even smell it on you, then you are off the team. And football is something I want to do long term in my life, and that man catch up with you at some point. But then again, I guess smoking doesn't have the same affect on everyone.
