GTA Long Night First Mission

When I start GTA Long Night , the tank is going to "die" , but I typed SEAWAYS (The Water-Road Cheat) but then I can't get to the red cool mark (it was in air).

What should I do? angry.gifcry.gifbored.gifconfused.gifsad.gificon13.gifsneaky2.gifmad.gif
