Problem with Vista and GTA SA

Cpmputer: E-Machine

Operating System: Windows Vista Basic

Graphics Card: Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950

 

When I am trying to run San Andreas. everything is fine until I try to play the actual game. The alphabet and numbers continually run across the screen, and it makes my game a little slower.

 

It is only does it on the screen when the game is playing. It does not do it on the loading menus.

 

Somone told me an older driver might help but I cannot get an older driver because my Emachine won't give me a Driver for anything before Vista.

If you have v1, you might also want to try the v1.01 patch.

I have downloaded the most recent Drivers I can find but none of them help.

 

I tried the patches but nothing works.

Delete the gta_sa.set located in My Documents / GTA San Andreas User Files

You see what I mean? Everybody is giving the best advice and none of it helps the thread starter. This thread isn't gonna lead to nowhere.

 

Since I have nothing to say, I ain't gonna help out the thread starter by words - I want direct Remote computer access! Remote Assistance is MY kind of way of helping. Sometimes the thread starter doesn't understand and there is no way of solving his/her problem on a forum.

 

Basically, Girishb/Bad Boy/SA BMX took away all my advices.

I deleted the file but it still does it.
