Date her first, then after time if you still like her and your relationship gone far enough, maybe then, and only then, you should consider telling her you love her. I'm just out of a serious relationship a very short time, trust me, pushing and rushing does not work. It has the direct opposite effect. You'll know if she likes you or not. All I can say is, when you're trying to get close to her, always maintain a sort of degree of listening (to what she says) and dickery. If you are too nice to her, then the first and worst thing you'll hear is "I love you like my brother!" To keep it short, that's the knickers on sort of love. Treat her ruff a bit, they love it. But first of all get to know her. When you really do fall in love man, you'll realise that all the times before were just lust and that you'll be passing on this exact same advice to someone else.
