But Ive been in that situation twice (not 'love' but like) once not so good, got rejected when i said i liked her second time though, i was much more subtle and flirty, worked like a charm try it that way rather than a exposing yourself in a love letter. Yeh, agree. As far as i know, this is the fastest way (but not the easiest one). I feel it's easy if you already know the girl. But it becomes difficult if you have no f*cking idea who the girl is. I never knew my first girlfriend and the first words that I ever said to her were 'I love you' (with some help from friends).
