Wow, that is a damn good find. In the second pic Niko is hiding behind that truck, or what looks very much like it, plus same clothes. Edit: On topic, people in New York City that are 21 can look like their 16, it's a fact, I live here. That guy is probably like 25. There could be kids or teens in cut scenes like in GTA VCS with that woman's ( I forgot her name) baby but you won't be seeing them in actual gameplay. Don't remember where I read it (sorry!) but I know it was online somewhere...I believe it was in response to someone asking if animals would be in the game. So my guess is it's probably not a kid.
