I think they are almost done. How do you know they are finished fixing bugs? IMO if they need anymore time, they can have it . I can wait, its just a game you know. I think they are getting there, but they still need some work with their textures before the game will be completeley finished. And if there is any implication of a bias towards PS3 there I have to say I own a 360 Elite, and am kind of pissed Microsoft didn't wait for blu-ray to take hold, but I also have other reasons for my 360 purchase. Or it took this long for the ESRB to play it all and even attempt to beat it! Always been my thoughts. And yes a delay for bugs I would support being a developer my self I know what it takes! I would much rather play a completed game than a rushed game. But in this case, it shouldnt be rushed, i mean theyve had since San Andreas, thats almost 4 years. If its delayed again, fans expectations will rise even higher and would expect the perfect game. Personally i would hate a delay, but if it means improving the game, yes, in saying that, If its delayed, then i hope they make up for it in a BIG way. Releasing it within February & April as planned, and then as time goes on, if any major bugs are encountered, just fix the problem and make a free downloadable patch for it on Xbox Live & the Playstation Network. It would be basically the same as ramping the game up from "v1.0" to a "v1.1" and so on, like with GTA: SA and the Hot Coffee incident (which has now reached a v3.00 on PC! Sheesh! ). But if a delay to October 2008 was entirely necessary, I guess I would say, "go for it." My reason is because I'm thinking if the problems would be unfixable at a later date, and/or ultimately hindering to the gameplay experience as a whole -- or better yet -- if it's going to be a permanent mistake/flaw in the game's code that just simply can't be fixed in a patch...I say keep it in the oven. But only if there's no way of fixing it by a patch. Delay only when necessary, and only as a last resort. R* has kept with this so far from last year. It was necessary. Maybe only for one system, but they signed a contract with Sony for a simultaneous release, so in that respect it was necessary.
