Then fill out the application form, in BLOCK capitals (that's vital), complete with a side letter detailing why you particularly want to be in this elite group, and then send it to: BUSTED! incoporated16 Berlington Avenue London NG14 73G And all you have to do now is wait. In GTA those are pretty much equal (Lose Money+Cash) but on the forums one's more severe (Duh) Not to mention, Busted means someone actually stopped you, while Wasted could just be you jumping off a building.
