The in-game internet uses real world TLD's and of course T2 had to acquire all those names of the many websites found in-game, which will probably be viewable online subsequently following the game's release. They're not "teaser sites" that teases us in the weeks leading up to the game's release like it was for the previous GTA games. WKTTRADIO.com is actually a website that advertises a competition to get your voice into the game, as in it's a website connected to the real world and not the fictional world of GTA like the Ammunation websites and such are. The opportunities this will bring is probably the ability to access your photos taken in-game in collaboration with Microsoft Live, like it is with Forza Motorsport 2 (Flickr spoof?).
