Ok, i know there a list, but how do you enter the cheats into it

 

is there a console to get into by the '~' button? or what???

Just type them.

 

Some of the letters might make CJ turn, crouch etc. but ignore that and just type the code letters in a sequence.

 

When you do it right you'll see a notice (top left) saying "cheat activated"

The cheats doesn't have ~,^ or ´.

Some games have consoles and by hitting the ~ button, you get into it

oh does it matter if i use a controler.. i mean do i have to change my settings over to the mouse and keyboard first?

Yeah, you need to change to "Joystick", but you'll still need to input cheats on the keyboard.
