I seen this a while back and in my eyes they are not kids. Some people say "yeah, but look they are smaller than the rest" That's becasue their feet have sunk into the ground. Its pretty clear. Yeah i remeber this i made a topic about it ages ago, Then i got a screencap of the so called child. It turned out to be a graphics glitch where a pedestrian was up to its waist in path. Think about how early that build is. i know its a stupid move, but you could kill kids in bioshock. i personally wouldnt ever kill a kid in the game on purpose...ok mayb one, or twice. They just didnt bother to look at the shadow and realise it wasnt a kid, Just an adult with no legs. EDIT I realise this was not the exact part but this was just one of 3 pedestrians that do exactly the same thing in the trailer, Trust me on this.
