Been visiting a place on the coast of Estonia three days ago. It's an ex soviet airbase, the access is all open to the airstrip as well as to the hangars, everything. Took the rental up to 210kph on the strip and met a local nordic ski champ training there. The place was quite eerie even, as the weather was changing all the time. On one side of the strip it was raining while on the other there was bright sun.

There is a manor in ruins just next to the main hangars. This place is amazing, actually might be a millonnaire's dream... i would build a racetrack there.

Yesterday i rented a 4x4 and went up to a reformed soviet submarine base. Still haven't loaded the pictures on the laptop but sooner or later you'll have a taste of it.

Prior to that, i went to see a place stuffed with old soviet locomotives...

I went on Holiday last week to sunny Yorkshire. Took quite a few photos, I haven't posted anything I've done here before, because to be quite honest you are all a lot better than what I can do, but here's a few pictures out of the ones I took. Well recognised, I was staying right in the centre of Malia (yeah, I'm hardcore) and the first photo is not far east of Malia. Slowly sifting through all the photos - considering there's over 1300 in total I imagine I'll be posting a few more.

Got the airshow coming up this weekend, I'm working the saturday, so on the sunday if everything goes according to plan I should get some pretty nice pics.

 

I bought the Sony A300 last week, hardly had a chance to use the bloody thing yet, so this should be interesting.

 

I've heard that Avro Vulcan they restored is going to be making an appearance. I won't hold my breath though, only rumours.

Thanks for the comment man, It's some Olympus camera, it's a 7.1 mega pixel. Not pro, but it is better then nothing. This is my first camera.

My Girlfriend found my Lens. How awesome is that? It was missing since May. I gave up.

Wow! must've been a huge relief! I thought it was weird initially, that you managed to loose such an important piece of equipment. Its not like its something you just leave anywhere and walk away from.

 

I guess this means you will have to make up for all the photos you missed out on not having the lens?

 

And yea, got to aggree with mr Pico on that one, less peope is seeing the photos and less people are posting. But hey, on the other hand only the photo interested make their way here, thus relieving the topic from alot of spam and retarded posts.

Here's my lates purchase! Skydiving camera helmet. It should be here in a couple of weeks. But i cant jump with a camera on it for another 80 jumps. But next summer will be awesome! Good thing is the helmet is excellent for jumping without a camera as well. Should also be good for making first person videos

Got myself massively lost in the woods today though, so I have some pics from that. Just gotta get them off the Camera onto the PS3 (it has a card reader), then onto my memory stick then on to the pc.

 

It's like f*cking parcel parcel.

Lol, clouds and planes don't mix too well. I bet you have alot of nice silhouette almost black and white photos. But Airshows makes for some cool photos! alltough im not a huge fan of people showing up to applaude fuel guzzling jets and thousands of gallons of petrol simulating bombs. But then again im a bit of a hypocrite, i drive to my local store that is 3 min walk from my house
