I'm new to this topic, and my pictures would seem somewhat mediocre compared to many others, judging by the fact they were all took with my 3.2 mega pixels phone.

 

But I have viewed this topic for a long time now, and only posted once, I'm going to become more active in it in the future because I'm getting a decent camera in April.

 

I'll upload some of my pictures none the less-

I don't use photoshop or any other type of photo editing application, so I'm pretty pleased with the way these pictures turned out, judging by the circumstances.

@Saget, nice pictures. That last one with the plane window frame is excellent, as well as the jet engine one, and the one of the entire city from the air is nuts. Where is that?

 

I've got some shots to post of the snow this morning. For those not in the US, we've been getting hit HARD in the mid-west the past week or so. Today was pretty harsh. I'll try and get them up ASAP.

That city is Guarulhos, I guess. Or is it São Paulo already? Whatever, it's all a huge 17 million people "Urban Mass Mess", which happens to be the title of the photo.

 

The engine photo is nice, eh? xD

I was sitting right beside it, and trust me, it is quite scary to see the wing shaking while the plane is in mid-air.

Damn nice, love the switch from the orangish glow of the streets to the deep blue in the sky.

 

@Saget, as creepy as the flexing wing might have been, that's what you want it to do. Stabilizes flight and keeps the wing from snapping (if it's too rigid it'd snap easier).

I've just had my first encounter, which I thought would never happen to me, with dust on the sensor. Damn thing. Thinking that this would never happen I have NO kit to deal with it whatsoever. So after a Google about I found a trick of closing the aperture and photographing some white paper to make it show up clearly.

 

Anyway we had some alcoholic wipes and a pump similar to a blower, a bit of work later it's almost as good as new, still with a few tiny spots, not as bad as the first ones but as far as I know you will always get them?

Yeah it can be a right pain. I bought the Rocket Blower from Jessops, does a world of good.

I love the sunset and sunrise photos. I will take some in the morning and maybe evening if I remember too. I want you all to see how my city looks like. And I'm gonna take the pictures from a sh*tty neighborhood so it looks like ghetto trashed hood with a beautiful sunrise/sunset (since I go to school an 6am that wont be hard. And the sun rises here at 6:30 approximately)

that doesn't look like a bunny.. was that sarcasm ? if it is a plastic bunny , what the hell are doing with it in the woods and why is a bunny red ?
