Mumbo Jumbo and Humba Wumba have been said to have "a new role". Anyone else excited about this game? I loved playing the first two back on the old N64, and after Microsoft bought Rare I was worreid what would happen to the series (After that GBA version). But now it's back! Almost EIGHT YEARS AGO. We've gone through an entire generation of gaming and a half since the last Banjo, entire movie trilogies have started and ended, entire tv series have started and ended, in the time since we've had a new Banjo game, damnit. And considering how Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie are two of the reasons I consider the N64 the best console of all time, and the original dev team from those games is working on this one... I was thinking it was only going to be a Wii exclusive until I saw the Microsoft symbol on the bottom. Wonder if it will be made for PS3 aswell? If Microsoft owns the company that is making the game, what exactly makes you think their just going to let Rare develop it for the PS3? The-end: It's an old platformer for the Nintendo 64, you play as a Bear (Banjo) and Bird (Kazooie) and all crazy stuff happens, it's alot of fun, if you could find an emulator or something you should try it out. Anyone think stuff in the trailer will be put in game. Not the pencil drawing and stuff, but using Kazooie as a Lockpick/Jackhammer. I can see it happening (Like the Sack pack and all that with Banjo in Tooie). Did you hear that in exchange for the 360 getting MGSF before the PS3, Microsoft will allow this to be released on the PS3. Everyone knows that. OysterBarron Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 allthough i cannot denie the excellence of the N64 games I really enjoyed them. but i was 14 at the time not sure now im 22 that it will actually appeal to me anymore. Well my dad loves the originals so it must be in my family genes and i will give it a go. Yeah i never had a n64, I think I got a sega mega drive in 2000 and then a ps1 in 2001 and then a ps2 in 2003 or so. And now I own a 360. Never heard of, or played banjo kazooie.
