Of course if may seem a little narrow and has less grip but it has some of the best acceleration and drifting. The Cheetah has terrible grip and handling, and I agree that it does flip over way too easily. For pure power I prefer the Infernus to the Cheetah; it's great as long as you have plenty of room for turns. But for overall best car, the Stinger takes it. The Sanchez is brilliant in all games, It is grea if you are going off-road and are being chased by the cops, it can climb hills better than even a PCJ. The Little Willie is fun as f*ck, it has awesome handling and no bulkiness of a hunter. I don't understand how you can be an "expert VCS pilot" if you can't even appreciate a great heli. Right now I am getting 60k per time, and when I left the left island, I have had all of the empire sites captured. Anyway, in my opinion, Little Willie sucks. I bought hundreds of rounds of M4, Dragunov, SPAS-12 and MP5 ammo as soon as I got to the East Island. The Little Willie's cannon is only good for taking out Police Mavericks while you're in the air, and the Hunter is 20 times better for that anyway.
