When I started to use a v2 script, it stoped. We have to investigate coz if it's occuring always, he might have problems in getting through a few missions. The savefile might be glitched. I get it occasionally, enough that I prefer not to use a parachute unless I've saved recently, but it's never been an all the time thing. Most of the time I notice it during 4 star collections, but I can't see how that could affect anything. Um..., it's most likely to happen at the worst possible time. Phreak has speculated that CJ's weight might play a roll, but most of the time my CJ is bone skinny during 4 star collections. There seems to be different versions of the parachute glitch. Rarely, pull the cord and no chute comes out, and I can't remember the details because it's been a long time - and it is fairly rare. More common, the parachute will open, but CJ will have not control; can't turn, can't flair, can't even bail out and fall. Landing on anything other than water always results in an instant bone crushing death. I'm fairly certain the parachute control is all managed by scripts. I wonder if anything can be learned by poking through the code. Better put this off until later. I've got a few bugs in CG24 beta I've got to figure out before I do anything else.
