Self censorship is a good thing, remember! I think cops reacting to criminals in a 'sketchy' manner as said would mean a gun suddenly appears and a ped becomes a criminal, as happened in SA. There were also peds trying to hit at parked cars but unable to do anything, this happened to some degree with peds on foot. It always bothered me because it was a glaringly persistant glitch, and could have been much more interesting had it worked. I like not being the only one in the city cops will be watching for! Might take the heat off while trying to avoid detection. I brought up the change in Vice City Citizen Awards and San An before, you guys!
