xygtaxy
I would love if for once, unlike any other driving game. To add two buttons for your left and right blinkers. Now...You may be thinking why waste 2 extra buttons for such a small feature. But While in a car...there's a possibility to make it happen. I would love that part of the realism, it would be interesting and in a way...fun.
4doora
Driver (the first one) had blinkers. they would engage if the wheel (joystick) was turned all the way to either side. I definately don't see the point of using buttons for such a mundane feature
crux989
Those buttons ought to be reserved for drive-bys. I say toggling the blinkers is Having them come on automatically....Im iffy on. In a highspeed chase he isnt going to worry about letting other cars know hes making a Right or a Left. Hes just going to do it.
j0rkeh
Or it could be done like driver where it is activated when the stick is turned all the way to one side, I think that wouldn't hurt it'd be a good touch.

defibrillator
D-Pad functions in car should be : UP: Lights on (2x for brights) DOWN: Lights off LEFT: Left Signal RIGHT: Right Signal completely volitional, and would use buttons that would otherwise be useless and then I guess radio stations would be select or something. D Jones
They really do need blinkers I got high pissed in SA when you were cruisin' down the highway and someone cuts you off and bumps you off the road. It'd be a nice feature if they did have them, it'd also be helpful..

I cant figure it out unless you tell me. analogs sticks for "navigating teh world" and 2 d-pad buttons for the radio station and 2 buttons to use blinkers but only if they havent used them up already Yes. I like this idear Left and Right for the respected directions and Up and Down for radio stations assuming theres nothing else that holds more priority over the D-Pad. learn2forget
i think it would be cool if there were two driving modes, a safe mode and a criminal mode. the safe mode could have things like turn signals, headlights, a horn, more gradual throttle response, and something like a lane assist feature that keeps your car in its lane unless you instruct it to change lanes or turn. then the criminal mode could have buttons reserved for more advanced drive-by controls. these modes could easily be toggled with R3 like vehicle side missions in previous games. ceedot
Now...You may be thinking why waste 2 extra buttons for such a small feature. Wow, are you psycic? That's EXACTLY what I was thinking! No need for the accelerator or break! We can just replace them with left and right blinkers! EDIT: WTF j0rkeh?! Get your own idea you cocksucker. Just because you've been there multiple times.
