Haha that was classic on MW. If a person has last stand then do it, it's classic. I found out a few days ago that tank grenades actually stick to people! Unfortunately they stick to teammates as well.

instead of being an idiot about it 1400 microsoft points costs 20 bucks so $10 would be 700pts but through experience most map packs cost 800pts (Halo 3, COD 4...) so is that easy enough to work with?

Map pack 1 will be roughly the same price as the map pack that came out for MW. If memory serves it was about £7.99 and then dropped as the year progressed. I’d prefer it a bit cheaper (say £5) but in the long term I think it’s worth it as at least it offers some more variety on levels to play.

Well, for one your the idiot. I never meant to start a flaming war. And my second point is, I live in the U.K, not the USA so I have abosolutely no idea about the worth of a dollar etc...

A friend of mine has it on good authority that it will cost $9.99 which works out to about £7.10. Can anyone post the link or article that confirms we will be getting double XP week in conjunction with the map pack release?

Th new ticker that you can enable on the XMB on the PS3 hasn't really got anything on it about double XP, i suppose it may say something on the game menu.

well said. and Pat i only get 1400pts in canada for 20 bucks as i didnt realize there were different point totals for different countries...so i guess my bad jamesuk.

Not exactly sure. Probably bottom floor, because of the electro defences, but i'm probably wrong. Just wait until tomorrow and see i guess

I know it's out today, so most will be playing this in a matter of hours, but i found a some gameplay footage of the Verruckt map. Looks like theyve made some tweaks (apart from the obvious electricity and perks) such as a cool announcedment when your team picks up a powerup.

 

Oh and btw, the sound seems way off for me, but the footage is still good.

Overall, it looks pretty damn awesome. I just wish I had some money for some MS Points.
