Sorry to those PS3 users that have invited me to both zombies and regular MP only to have no response. I have either already joined a match and don’t have a free moment to reply, or the signal (in most cases) is sh*t. Perfect example earlier when I was playing with oldage and bates, the zombie match starts well only to turn into a lag fest. Same thing happens when I play with bates again, beanmike and panz.

Yeah, its sh*t. But i've managed to sort mine out & had a good go with Panz, Abso & Bean, go tto Level 18.

 

You should try again.

We got to 19 actually, mostly my fault we failed because i kept dying, you guys should have left me, even though i had a Ray Gun and a Flamethrower.

Oh. Well no, you were pretty much on the front line it was bound to happen, then Bean was next, i thought i had him covered but obviously not, then i tried running around and gunning by didnt have enough time to reload

It was nerfed from singleplayer. The drum is 100 rounds there I believe.

 

Though I believe the 50 round drum is correct to real life.

What modes do you play? I'm up for anything that's Hardcore.

The only hardcore game I play is war. I tried adding you a minute ago but your friends list is full. Btw, I might be one of those people you refer to as camping in war . Nah, I don't camp, but I don't run in there like a mad man. I'll wait and shot 'till I think it's safe enough to make a move.

Headquarters. Gert a good team and you will be guaranteed at least 500 xp per match, not counting challenges and match bonus.

Every time I play HQ, I usually lose. I'm usually stuck with horrible respawning and crap tactics.

 

The thing I hate about this game is the respawn-deaths. Kind of where you die just as you respawn.

 

But, HQ is great. Domination is usually pretty good for points, and I find CTF really good if you get the flags of course.

I watched it last night for the first time in ages, and it reminded me so much of the Sniping mission from the WaW campaign. Take a look.

Double XP kicks ass! I got to rank 65 in no time, about time I unlocked that flamethrower, now it's time to really kick some ass.

Yeah, theres scenes all over the film that match, but that one was probably the main one, Awesome film.

Nope, they did it with CoD4, they kept it until the wednesday after the weekend i think.

Double XP kicks ass! I got to rank 65 in no time, about time I unlocked that flamethrower, now it's time to really kick some ass.

Seriously, the Flamethrower is not all it's cracked up to be, i used it once, then changed the perk slot for it back to bandolier, then i used the M1A1 Carbine, did the challenges for it and went into prestige, it's not good in MP at all.

Okay so I played HQ. Either I got on a sh*tty team, or personally I just suck. I got like 1 kill and 8 deaths. Which was just frustrating. I doubt I'll be playing that again.

Don't worry, I'm the same. I always get a sh*tty team or something. I can never seem to be on the team that captures the HQ first.

 

Still, I'd like to see a CTF mode with no respawn. I think it has the potential to be awesome.

Yeah I think I'll either have another go at it, or just forget it and try other modes, I don't want to play loads of rounds of a game just to know I'll probably never get on a good team and die over and over without killing someone. Started using the shotgun, its so odd when you use it because you'll shoot and if you don't kill them with one hit the aim goes way off in the other direction so I'm scrambling to get it on aim again.

Why not just play search and destroy? Its a great feeling getting into the 600-100 points per match.

Its a terrible feeling when you end up with a bunch of people from different clans on one team then a bunch of non namers like me who are pretty much average put on a team. Oh yeah what a great feeling it is. Same with CTF I end up on a really sh*tty team, like I need to be on one already because I'm terrible as it is.

I know it's not that great of a weapon, but it's still fun to use. There's nothing more satisfying than burning someone alive .

I totally found a new love in the MP40, I'm usually running in spraying a group of folks on Asylum and racking up 3 kills in a row. I still miss my STG.

Good, Hardcore War is my favorite gamemode in WaW. Could work out with us playing together: you stay behind and provide cover fire, I rush in, throw a smoke grenade, and try to capture.

 

And yeah, I need to delete some people from my list.

 

Edit: So, uh, turns out the barrel glitch on Airfield doesn't work so well when your team is against glitching. The host was on our team, and after everyone found out, he killed me every time I tried to get into the glitch.

I've given up with doing the single player Vet levels for now, I'll carry on doing them when my live runs out which is in about 2 months I think.

Don't feel bad man. I personally will never beat the game on Veteran, it's just too much for me.

 

 

Also is it just me or is multiplayer a lot easier on this one than on COD4. My K/D is usually from +1 to +3 which is really good for me. I'm not much good at FPS'. I think the weapons need a bit more balancing. Most of the LMG's barelly move when you shoot and guns like the MP40 don't move at all.
