Let me ask. Is your copy legit or pirated? That's a known problem in several pirated versions of this game. Other than that, if your game's legit I don't know. Check google or youtube.

I've fallen in love with the Kar98k Scoped, with Stopping Power. It brightens my COD 5 days.

I've gone off bolties now I've unlocked my PTRS again. I'm god with it. Finished a game with 43 kills in TDM with it yesterday.

PTRS is boss, but I can't put down my Kar, its so accurate, it just feels natural to me. Plus with stopping power its basically a one shot kill in most circumstances, and on hardcore I can also have a PPSh or something along with it.

 

I reached 65 yesterday, prestiging is not my cup of tea so I'm sticking around there. I know if I start prestiging I won't stop until 10 so I decided not to bother, I like my guns more than my badges.

I know a friend who's gone prestige and is now regretting it. Only go prestige if you really, really want to if my general tip to anyone

I decided to start a new account because the game was starting to get a little boring. The thing I miss the most is the 5 extra class slots, you don't realize how convieient they are untill they are gone. Starting over sucks but even the one extra class slot for going into prestige 1 would be enough for me to do it again.

 

I'm trying 2 things with the new account:

 

1) Getting to 65 in 24 hours of play time (straight Core TDM). I've made it to 44 in 16(?) hours so far, I'm having a hard time believeing I'll be able to do it.

 

2) No SMG classes, on my first account I whored the MP40 for my first 3-4 prestiges and I now look back and hate that I did that. So this account has been rifles and bolties only, I admit I have used an MG or 2 here and there on the smaller maps to combat jug40 teams. This is whats going to hold me back for completing task #1 more than anything because I will be missing out on a lot of challenge XP.

 

Now I do have SMG kills on this account but it is only from guns that I have picked up after running out of ammo. The great thing about no SMG's on the account is that I have 39% accuracy and my KDR is still high, floating in the 1.6-1.7 range.

I still don't understand the fuss about K/D ratio. Everyone freaks out in lobbies and argues over it. Why can't people just play to have fun? Luckily, the MP on this is fun, cause the zombies and single player definitely don't cut it for me.

I don't play any more than I normally do, I've stopped using my first account. I didnt mean play for 24 hours straight, i just meant 24 hours of timed played on TDM only. K/D is everything in TDM and to some degree S&D but the other games it's not as critical because you are working on an objective. In TDM you/you're team must be positive K/D or you lose.

And I'm not talking about K/D ratio in a game. I'm talking about people who bash others because their K/D ratio isn't above 1. It's pretty sad. I honestly don't even care about winning. It's nice, but it's not that big of a deal. You should see mine in CoD4. Oof.

I don't even know what my KDR is, I know it's like 1.5 or something, but I really couldn't care. Sometimes I'll go 5-30 other times I'll go 30-5, it's all depends on how I'm feeling and whether the other team camps/whores cheap weapons. But in the end it doesn't really matter to me, as long as I'm enjoying myself.

I don't care either, I think my kills are around 3500 and deaths around 4700.

I care what mine is, i don't go out my way to improve it though, It's just another little something to do whilst playing improving your KD.

While some people care, and others not so much, at the end of the day, no matter how sh*t you did in this game, or how much you pwned in that one, you're general KDR is how good you are. The people who care are the competitive player's, the people who don't are the casual players imo.

Not completely. I allowed about three people other than me to try out CoD for a few hours on my game. They absolutely sucked, but I don't care. It was fun teaching them how to play.

 

I really don't think anything tells how good a person is except for their performance in-game. You can get the least kills, but they can be the most strategic kills ever done on CoD. It all depends. That's my take on it, anyway.

Anybody else noticing Bolt Rifles gaining popularity or is that just me because when im not playing Zombies i play with the Mosin-whatever with the rifle grenade but when i first started playing with the bolt rifle that alot of people play with them more sometimes outnumbering the mp40 in some rounds ive played i only like the bolt because it gots shotgun powewr with range

Does anyone like to play Nazi Zombies (Nacht der untoten - haven't bought the other map packs)? I pretty much bought a year of Live and a headset primarily to play Zombies. I do play Hardcore War every once in a while, but I can spend hours and hours trying to get to the highest level on Nazi Zombies..

 

So far, the highest I've gotten is level 16 I think. Usually I end up playing with a team whose strategy is the equivalent of taking a sh*t and then rolling around in it. I like to open up the Hell room at the end of level 5 when I have around 4-5k points. By level 10 I usually have a Browning as my primary and an MG42 or Ray gun as my secondary. If the rest of the team in the Hell room watching the two windows and the wall, I have a direct line into the starting room and just pop skulls endlessly. Then in between a round I'll run into the starting room and open up the staircase and go back to my position so I can get the bulk flow of the zombie horde.

 

This tactic was going well in the game I just finished until the rest of the team decided to open up the last staircase and go upstairs without me knowing and I got downed. Seconds later, the other three were downed.

 

end game stats (16 rounds) -

me - 392 kills, 121 headshots

other three combined - 536 kills, 73 headshots.

Nacht der untoten - Urgh. I like it only for the simplicity. The map pack maps are alot better with traps, new weapons and perks.

I love Nacht Der Untoten, but I'm on PSN. I think my highest was 19, somehow. We either open the help room at level 5 and all camp at the door in there and the windows, or we have 2 people in the main room and 2 in the help room, where one guy kind of goes back and forth between the help and the main room.

 

Definitely the most fun zombie map just because it's not too big.

I stuck with Nacht Der Untoten but i used to have map packs.

 

I preffer Verruckt to the others because it was the most creepiest out of them all the maps after seem to only advance the Nazi Zombie plot i just want to kill Zombies and their is something super scary about fighting in the asylum.

 

Shi No Numa was ok the only thing i really like on that map is is that the zombies tend to horde together so you can shoot a Rifle Grenade or use the Wunderwaffe.

 

Never played Der Riese but it looks fun Bowie Knife ftw

 

I hate Nacht Der Untoten because you only encounter low level players who play because they dont have map packs(which is understandable but they cant play very good), also the high level players who do come to Nacht are there to glitch. Also i have tried many times to get people to open up the stairs than open up the second Stairs and then let all the Zombies fight you from the help room

I need to play more Verruckt. It is quite creepy, and I love how you're separated in the beginning. It adds to the whole scary aura.

Der Riese is awesome, i didn't enjoy it at first, as it just seemed to confusing to get around the map, But it's by far the best for me now.

The other night I got 29 with 3 friends on Der Riese. We all had upgraded ray guns and I was packing a pack-a-punched wunderwaffle. Up to about round 20 or so one guy would watch the window on the catwalk by the bowie knife and the other 3 dudes would cover the stairs. The guy at the window would make sure to hold one zombie alive at the window so the others could go get guns and perks. We started to bunch in the corner of the catwalk in later rounds and died when we just got overrun, bitches were teleporting like crazy and I was killed why running around with no bullets stabbing zombies with the bowie. I respawned the next round and was forced to upgrade my Colt so here I was dashing around like a moron popping off grenades until I died!

 

My final kill count: 1591!

It's really close with Shi No Numa and Verruckt, even if Shi No Numa was a bit big, i just liked that it was more open than the two beforehand, but apart from that it didn't really add any amazing new features, and as someone before me said about Verruckt, the whole being split up and having to reunite with the other 2 person team was a pretty interesting concept, my main problem was finiding a decent team to hold out for in a decent spot, and no one seems to play it online anymore, which sucks.
