NAT to AIP

How could i configure my NAT router (speedtouch 780WL) to AIP router?

My ISP recommended it to me because i wanted to open all ports in my router. They also said that my router wont share any IP's through DHCP.

Is this bad thought? Also, when I open 1 port or few from my router, then it connects to internet very slowly...
