OrionSR provided the modified savefile for the Chain Game. So, I'm not sure if you can drive those pots in an unmodified save. The handling of the pots is very similar to a Go-Kart. About the pots, I think it was supposed to be another vehicle. R* might have decided to replace it with pots at the penultimate moment but perhaps, forgot to take out it's properties as a vehicle. It was supposed to be used in the Bank robbery mission, but for some reason was taken out. It was supposed to be RC, but with the help of San An studio and vehicle spawners it can be driven like in that vid. Sorry, I haven't read other posts.
