I got your solution I had the same problem and looked around the net, and finally realized that there was a mini disc inside the gamepad pack. Just rip the back side cover, take the mini disc, install the drivers and you are ready to go! Also, make sure in most games, you go to options and enable vibration to enable the feature for that game.
