It's not him. Remember also, this game gets away from that trilogy. The GTA III "era" included Vice City, San Andreas, and GTA III itself. All of those characters correlated with each other, etc. GTA IV starts the NEW "era" of games and totally disconnects from everything we have seen from GTAIII through San Andreas. It's not him. lol your operating under the assumption that he was BORN back then, when in fact he would be about 40, maybe even 50.
