How do I connect to a server if I have the IP?

Yeah because I like playing on this one server but when I pull up the list its not there. However a friend of mine is playing there right now.

 

I have the UP address, can I use that to connect to the server?

 

If so, how?

 

And how do I add servers to my favorites list?
