i was browsing through my VCS PSP manual and on page 6 it reads something about a lone person responsible for killing people and crimes , also carrying weapons like mini-guns and Molotov cocktails. if this information is talking about vic, that means after VCS he is arrested? and in the start of VC pete is killed?... take a look for yourself and see?

Seeing how the both pictures include one of Marty William's gang member, I'd think it would be the redneck.

R* intentionally thought of two Vance bros., but changed it to 3 in VCS and created more confusion.

 

Fan speculations cites the change in accent as proof that Pete rather than Vic was killed.

On the official VC website, it is said Victor was killed.

It's just an error on R* part. They probably had no plans for VCS in 2002.

 

And all throughout VC, Lance said he killed my brother, he never gave a specific name. But even that could be an error, since at that time, we only knew the two Vance brothers.

It says nothing on the site about Vic being killed.

It says about Victor being there, but he was there 2 years earlier, true enough, so if could've been left from then.

I'm also thinking about "The Trailer Park Mafia", their influence spans to Vice City's poorer communities, bringing further suffering to this bracket of the city's population

Neither Pete nor Vic is killed in the opening scene. Unless they had plastic surgery and got a Cuban accent. The guy killed at the deal looks more like Ricardo Diaz than a Vance brother. The guy wasted is some Diaz goon. Lance mentions twice that Diaz killed Vic but we don't know when or how. We also don't know if Lance isn't making crap up. The dude was always lying in VCS. Remember the Bikers stole Diaz's coke. This has nothing to drugs, etc., etc. All we know is that Rosie made a deal with brothers. One who runs the operations (VIC) and one who flys. The guy who runs operations isn't going to be at the deal.

In the manual it says something about him paying the police money to stay free. It says nothing about him being busted forever - or for more than 6 hours.
