None of this crap would be fine. I don't know, the entire atmosphere of GTA games is based on the things that are said by pedestrians and cops. To make everything really serious would ruin the atmosphere and possibly turn people off. I play GTA cause its fun and funny, games are getting too serious these days, or at least trying to.
