Bad~Boy#17
I have bought the game 3 years ago and haven't experienced any trouble until now. The game just started crashing for no reason. When I click on the icon, I see the EAX and nVIDIA sign and then, crash ! My specs are : Windows xp sp2 AMD Athlon 2600+ which has 1.91GHz ATI Radeon 9200, 128mb graphic card nVIDIA Forceware sound card 512Mb of RAM I have (done this about half a year ago) all drivers updated. I have re-installed the game, but nothing. I already use 98 compatibility mode. help
Girish
Have you changed any hardware recently? Did you delete the set file from the User Files folder?

Girish
Close all running programs before starting the game. Also, uninstalling the game, cleaning your registry and then reinstalling might be a good option.

Bad~Boy#17
Did you installed any mods ? No Also, uninstalling the game, cleaning your registry and then reinstalling might be a good option. Is there a program for that ? I get lost when doing It manually Try CCleaner. Google for it. You'll find many other free registry cleaners too. If after all this, it still doesn't work, then I guess you'll have to go for an OS reinstall. That seems to be the only option.

Girish
Are you sure that you didn't change anything in the game ? I only have sa:mp and mta That might be the problem. Try creating seperate copies of the game - one for single player and other for SA:MP.
derty
Try CCleaner. Google for it. You'll find many other free registry cleaners too. ONLY use ccleaner. No other registry cleaner is worth a damn. PS: Wont help with this issue. -derty
