It's worked ok in other games, but to me what has made the last few GTAs such good games is the stories' focus on plot and character development. Even though I haven't yet played GTAIV I feel like Niko will be a deeper character than CJ, as CJ was deeper (imo) than Tommy, and so on. If you split it up between a bunch of characters you'd lose that. Ofcourse some people like it... I've heard many people say they want a return to the old days of mute claude... but I personally can't even play through the story mode GTA3 anymore because its just so damned dry compared to Vice, SA, LCS, and VCS. fishermanGTA Posted December 22, 2007 Share Posted December 22, 2007 I agree with most, having more than one character just wouldn't give us enough time to really connect with him, it would also feel blocky and just wouldnt flow in my opinion. Kind of like Getaway 2. But Miamivicecity, is that really needed? I mean creating more than one topic is against the rules now? Someone who played the previous GTA's already played with Cj and Tommy.
