And considering how much complaining has been going on here lately, this is a welcome change of pace. And to those that sling insults without a thought, be careful. You might get away with that when you're safely hidden behind your pc. But there are some crazy, non-tolerant people in the world, and they speak with their fists. I assure you, they exist. You can thank me later, when all of your teeth are still in place - not under your pillow. Anyways, yeah, it's nice to see some of these features in the trailer. And like the original poster, I, too, am wondering about that fire. I'm going to assume it's a cutscene, but you never know. Even if we aren't able to start those fires at any given moment, they're still awe-inspiring. Even if they are restricted to cutscenes. I don't know what some folks have against different outfits. I remember one fella stating that he hoped the entire option to change outfits had been trashed. Oh, well. Which leads me to my point, the gloves. They do make an interesting addition to his attire. With little touches like that, I think Niko is going to be a step above any character we've seen to date. Last but not least, the rain. I'm with you, fella. Those stormy skies look brilliant. The past games had rain, but nothing close to this. Makes me wonder what they've done with thunder and lightning. Good post. Nothing new, but it's positive. And lately, that's saying plenty. Anyways, I love the clothes too, I'm hoping for lots and lots of different ways to outfit Niko. I want to make the most badass outfit ever and wear it anytime possible. Another thing I'm hoping for is stunting. PLEASE give me stunting! Unique jumps and insane stunts are just some of the things that made the GTA 3d series awesome. (Take THAT!, word filter!) It'd be really interesting to see this in free roam mode. I imagine with all the modeling that's done, applying some special properties to windows would be one of the simpler tasks. It'd add a bit of extra variety and be fun to be able to put out fires in buildings when you do firefighter missions (if firefighter missions still exist) instead of just cars. I really thought that was a cool addition, and since it was contextual to bad 80s movie-making I didn't expect it to ever resurface. I hope it's not just for the GTAIV trailer. I was at the newstand yet again checking out both Play Magazine as well as GamePro, reading the next gen reviews, in some cases, the same game from a different perspective. What I learned seems to hold true for band and record reviewers... shouldn't fans of a game review it, or genre?? It seemed to me a review in GamePro was oddly outta step. The review made comments I dind't personally find playing the same game and not having all the same information about the game that I had read prior to their review as well... makes one think How much can one base their decision of a particular revewer from a particular magazine? I think the most interesting game insight, after the release in this case, is samples of game play on youTube and then dissected by the viewers. Often you get a real good overview that way, many opinions as well. If you have no personal knowledge or the game was not released to the public, it puts the pressure on, and I often just choose a game on graphics power alone as well as what the game entails [ie.
