He was temp banned for "abusing the report system with frivolous reporting/being a bitch about getting warned for a useless topic." In summation, the topic f*cking sucked and was locked and you were warned accordingly just as anyone else would have been for such drivel. You tried reporting a moderator to the moderators (genius) to wrongfully complain about a simple verbal warning of all things. It's arrogant and totally uncalled for when you could have just PM'd Justin regarding the warn. Just put some ice on your vagina already and serve your 3 day ban. Jesus f*ck. How brave of you, to insult me then lock the topic. I KNOW all the staff are going to go apesh*t now that I created another topic and ban me as that is their only move as of now, but if you would just leave the topic open for discussion this would all go down smoothly. My reasons for my actions: 1: I corrected the topic and it wasnt breaking any rules ( not that it was at the start ) and then dealt with for the 2nd time for the same thing being warned for NO REASON, no reason. I aint whining, I dont care just ban me already I will just get someone to unban me later as after all I cannot be banned for life for no reason what soever, just because of asking the reason I am warned and banned. I am just defending myself, as it is amazing its gone this far just because you refuse to address the situation. And you ignore me and just choose to warn and ban me because OH NOES HES A SYSNODER. It hardly even matters about the topic anymore, its just the principal that you cant just warn and ban people because of your opinion, or that I am not up to some sort of standard, or its autoban for any slightly rebelious members. This happened before with an older topic, and its the same situation, only that last time I explained it to the mod who warned me and he apologised and revoked the warn. What do you want me to god damn say. Even if it was spam, it was fixed, and it was calmed, I THEN get warned, and I didnt abuse any system. I reported the mod for filing a false claim, and with no reason. I aint trying to stir, or to be funny, so stop acting like I am. Since when are mods allowed to warn unfunny people? so f*cking what. Lets see what happens, because I know the outcome and it will definatly be one of two things. You started that topic knowing full well something might come of it, such as a warning - these topics do spring up sometimes and the topic starters tend to accept that spam is against the rules, and they're liable to punishment. The underlying sentiment in Justin's warning was that the topic was spam - I agree, perhaps he should phrased it better. Perhaps jallar was too harsh with a 3 day ban; but that's not my call, they're moderators and they make decisions like they're asked to do. The only time there is a problem is when another member of staff (NB other Network Support regulars, not members) has an issue with a member of staff's conduct, and so far they haven't. I think you may be going a little over the top with the staff generalisations. We're not out to ban you, and we're not engaging in any war with Sysnode or its regulars. We could make this all very formal and ban your account for various rule-breakages and so forth, but this is all so trivial and pointless anyway. I don't mean to be rude, but most of us have more pressing issues in and around GTANet, so lets stop fanning flames when we don't want a fire.
