[REL|FINAL] High Quality/HD GTA Cars

well I finished the predator and spent like 5 hours trying to figure out why I couldn't replace it in game, and gave up. I even tried exporting through ZM and it still didnt work. So I guess there will never be a HD version of it in GTA3. Oh I tried to replace the speeder too and got the same problem. Reefer seems fine though.

Maybe model is wrong for predator? You tried replace predator for something different model (default Reefer with predator dummy's or something)? You tried replace other boats to your's hd predator, but don't replace predator for something different?

I was just thinking - maybe there is some unnecesary dummy/object in your model? They are likely to crash game.

nope, ive tried pretty much everything possible. If someone knows a way that works though please tell me.

I fixed that by downloading some alpha fix mod that someone posted. And yes Ive tried every possible way to get the predator in game it doesn't work.

If it haves some different thing called misc_a,b or c, then you must attach it to chassis. Or if it has some dummy which haves damage, but not normal part.

 

(I hope this is in 3dsmax, atleast it is in Zmod2.)

This scripts changes all materials to make the normal reflections in 3dsm.

Just delete original file and add the new one.

Yeah, also make sure u change both files of the vehicle in order for it to show the textures ont he car

Whoah! That is truly truly outstanding! But I think that headlights need to have a bit more polies, then it'd be just perfect.

 

I've got a question: do your cars' windows (in GTAIII) have reflections? I'm not quite sure.

About the modpack, with the vehicles and guns...It crashes my game and I've done everything right, I'm no noob. Can someone else confirm if the new added cars worked for them??

Every car/weapon included in HD Pack#1 work fine.

 

I think you could accidentally delete too many files from .img archive when installing mods... That happens, AFAIK IMG Tool has some sort of bug which occurs when deleting multiple files by once (that happened to me a couple of times).
