Indeed, it looks just awesome; maybe back of the truck seem a bit plain compared to GTAIII's original model, but that's a minor thing.

 

BTW: Since you're converting models from IV to III, maybe you could convert Blista Compact? (if you have time to do it)

 

//edit: I've noticed that Yardie Lobo's roof is way too reflective for a vinyl roof. IMHO it shouldn't have refs at all.

Today I was messing around with the phantom and after a bit of scaling and shifting things I turned it into the line runner

I think the Linerunner from San Andreas would have been a much better and easiser candidate as the San Andreas Linerunner and the GTA III Linerunner is almost Identical.

The Sabre Turbo was converted from Vice City.

He is talkin about OnePiece's truck, he transformed the Phantom (IV) into the Line Runner (Same model, different shape)! Pay attention!

I never said "convert it and call it high quality" i said use it as a base like he did with the Phantom because the San Andreas Linerunner is much closer in shape than the Phantom is.

 

About the Sabre Turbo, i know that OnePiece said he would do the Vice City model if he got Vice City or atleast the model off any user because it was discussed in this very topic, he got the game off steam and as he used Vice City to show it off in pics i can only imagine its from Vice City.

It doesnt really matter where it from anyway, he can have modeled it after the IV version which i think he has or atleast gotten inspiration from.

No i did not as i thought as it was discussed here and he did it after getting Vice City i assumed it would be the same, apparently i was wrong. I apologize.

Just to clarify things yes, the sabre turbo and the Linerunner ARE just models ripped and modified from IV. It saves weeks of work and helps me hold on to my sanity.

Yeah, I'd say add some depth to the sides. It looks kinda weird having the front fender suddenly finish and then there's nothing behind it.

In original model this issue was fixed by making fenders a bit longer:

A bit more thickness to the frame could help it look less empty/more realistic, without changing the overall look.

I love the Linerunner, but you should make reflections for the chrome parts (exhaust, bumpers...) or just some nice-looking textures
