Gta3 doesnt support it, It should work in SA and IV though, yeah Ill have a few unique extras in the back, not sure what yet.

 

As for the photos, yeeah Im too slack to make a whole new topic so Ill just post some of them here, of course theres all the touristy photos and the things youve seen 200 times so heres a few things I saw that are definitely not pointed out on the tourist map.

 

First up the freedom tunnel, really interesting lighting in here, I nearly sh*t my pants everytime a huge train came thundering by. It was creepy as well because there were these grates in the roof that opened up to riverside park, and you could here people talking and playing tennis and stuff while you passed under them. Yeah I found a dreamcast in there haha.

Of course youll remember this one from IV, sneaking in was tough, but once I climbed over the stone wall I was pretty much free to do whatever I wanted. Scary as sh*t when I left, just beside the wall I climbed over was a security guard sleeping on the job tounge.gif I got the f*ck out of there after I saw him.

Now the big mother f*cker, I first saw this from across the river from east river park and instantly knew it must be empty, so the next day I headed straight there. Getting in here was the hardest, security was TIGHT. Every window and door was boarded up with a chain link fence locked over it, and I saw a couple guards walking around the front of it. I had to walk around it a few times before I found a weak point where some other guys had already broken through before me. A very interesting place.

Yeah, f*cking awesome trip though. I hope to do the same sort of trip in Tokyo next. Even though Ive already been there, I was too young to do everything I wanted to last time.

yeah this was at the LGBT parade, some of the things I saw there will scar me forever.

 

@gundog: I don't really plan on making any of LCs buildings in HD right now so no, they could be useful for other people though.

One idea, I see that the cargobay got extras, make the whole cargobay as a extra insted, and you will save files.

It's just oustanding looking and you made a DF30 version too. It just so sweet. inlove.gif I don't know but I think that Benson is the single that has remain to be remade from trucks * vans section, no ?!

The benson is from vice city, I dont plan on making it.

@nik: there are loads of problems preventing me making it as an extra in III, the col file wouldn't work very well for one, and the ads on the side of the truck couldnt be used. The specular on the paint would be lost and tons of other problems. Im going to keep the flatbed model shelved for now, maybe something can be worked out in IV.

Awesome work, yankee is perfect icon14.gif . Can you show other extras(if you have already done it of course tounge.gif)? And about yankee-flatbed, i think is little empty at the back of cab, and you should make brake lights biggrin.gif. Maybe you add this version like new car with individual extras?

Well this has been a pet project of mine for a looooong time, since 2006 at least, whenever I feel like it I go back and add something or change something, so here's the (close to) finished project of 4 years work, a true HD Claude.

The poly count is floating around 10,000

The jacket and hands are incomplete, and the pants texture needs a few slight adjustments, I should have them finished soon though.

Just waiting on permission for the face texture, once I have it I can move towards releasing it for SA or something.
