What's wrong with the headlights?

I don't like where are those lights placed, I think they would look better in the lower bar, in the middle but not close to each other, or beneath the original ligts. Am I clear?

I agree, either remove those lights, or put them into a more protected area. I mean 1 little branch, and there's no more lights. Maybe a square light would be better

To me they both look odd, especially the right one reminds me of like teachers and librarians glasses, those small ones they have on the nose more or less.

But if the choice only stands between those two id have to say the right one.

I would also have to say the bars them selfs needs to be more tough looking like in the first picture below, to me they look too thin and fragile.

 

My honest oppinion would go more towards this kind of setup.

A fun thing could be to change the KC to maybe BS to keep a GTA´ish humor lol

 

or a setup like this.

Done and in game, I can change the light design later if I need to but its not really pressing.

Right now Ill probably take a break on starting a new car and work on finishing this pack and converting all the final cars to SA, I have a pretty big back log now so it might take a little while.

Awesome man! My favourite shot is the picture showing the Rumpo's rear part. I really like the bars on the taillight

But I really think you should change the bumpers. They look plastic, while they are definately made of metal in III.

A few baseball bats in the back of the Hoods would be nice since one of the missions involve fighting with melee weaponry.

Grafitti on the hood of the van saying "Hoodz" might also look cool or do a play on "Boys in da hood" maybe with "Boys in Hoodz XL" heh

Nah, it looks OK. Maybe it's slightly too high but it definitely souldn't be as low as Hoods.

Oh, these strips are necessary, they make the whole roof stiffer and give more realism to the car.
