Trying to finish the cabbie before new years :X

 

Ive mostly just been working on the detail, the engine and underbody have been much improved and made much more realistic than previous models

 

 

 

 

 

 

It will look much nicer when fully finished and textured of course.

In YOUR opinon it looks better, but it should keep the GTA 3 Style.

THIS is the orginal GTA 3 cabbie, it looks much better like that, the rear lights of the Cabbie in GTA SA looks quite cheap, the real Checker Rear Lights would be somewhat cool too, but the GTA 3 ones fits perfectly in my and a lot other guys opinion.

Me too, I havent heard from aoxsystems for a long time though, and he hasnt been online for a month. So I guess I back to looking for a converter.

 

The Cabbie is like 90% done now, Ill post pictures tomorrow.

Well its finally done, It turned out a lot prettier than I expected and I put a lot of effort into the textures and details

 

 

 

Don't worry the other light design is still there and will be used as a default where as these will be an extra

 

 

A slightly more realistic engine than previous cars

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In a few days it should be in game and complete

great work OP,your cars are the best,here in Bulgaria there are a few big fans of GTA 3(like me and stef_92) that are crazy about your cars,and if I'm right in Bulgaria me and him are the biggest GTA 3 fans

No. It's (obviously) a small-block V8, even if it's missing 6 exhaust headers.

Yeah pretty much. I dont really care too much about engines. There are now 8 headers on the cabbie though.

Also @ LibertyCityStories: Photobucket keep lowering their bandwidth limits so I had to make another account to keep up, the bandwidth should reset on the 1st though and the pics will be back.

I think the chrome light surroundings are untextured. They look a bit strange. Am I wrong?
