so, I started a new game, I won a few missions and saved it ... at start, crashhh.

Thanks M.A.K, but much worse. Now before the game finishes loading, crash ... someone could upload the 'gta_sa.set' to mediafire/megaupload?

Delete your whole User Files folder, it solved a problem for me.

 

Also, why not use Volume I instead of beta 5?

With beta 4 & 5 you need to use EU exe (I'm not sure about cracked, as I remember I had problems so used original). If you can't find it PM me.

Alt, yes I have got the EU version.

JF-Mir2 my gta sa is clean... except for some mod cleo.

 

And my other problem is that, I can't install the Volume I, my gta sa is the full version, so I select the folder in the installer, but nothing pass, I can't put the install button.

If you have 7 try this guide:

 

1-Run GTASA installer as administrator on XP SP2 compatibility mod (you can change these options on Properties) and install the game;

2-Unmark whole GTA San Andreas folder as read-only (NO read-only);

3-Make the same in the Step 1 with the TTDISA installer but on Windows Vista SP1 compatibility mode;

4-Make exactly as the Step 1 with the GTASA.exe;

5- Play!

Also remember that install folder should contain gta_sa.exe.

I have got windows XP, and when I unmark the 'read-only', I put accept, but when I put again properties, the 'read-only' is marked ... I don't know.

I'm really interested in this modification, but i would like to have more information.

I would like to have a releasedate for the fix, by DeeZire.

 

Also this post shall create ambiguities and classified informations about the available content ( TTDISA V1 , the 1.1 unofficial TTDISA (by SilentPL) and the in the future hopefully available fix of DeeZire and maybe about the TTDISA V2 ? )

 

In addition, it would be great if the savegames (V1 , Fix (SilentPL), Fix or V2 (Deezire)) would be compatible.

I do not know whether it ist possible to create a complete version for all OS, but that would be great!

 

It would also be great, if DeeZire could create a F.A.Q or a install guide in the first post, because i think there are alot of people, who don't know how to install the modification. (TTDISA V1, the unoffical Fix (SilentPL), full or friendly ? )

 

 

I don't want to put anybody under pressure and i also have to thank for the great work of DeeZire and SilentPL, but more information about the future development are necessary, so that this amazing work does not get forgotten!

Edit 1: I also get a crash in the game (Windows 7 64bit / TTDISA V1 / TTDISA Unofficial Fix 1.1 (friendly) when i get wasted by a car explosion, when i drive the car, or if the police take me to prison ) -> solved by using the TTDISA V1 for normal gameplay and only using the fix from silentPL for the fixed missions bug etc. (for example: end of the line)

I don't know why the hell this happens, when I am doing the Vigilante missions (with a Hunter) at level 7 instead of normal cars some Romeros' spawn, when I destroy them the red arrow is still on them, then some seconds later the game crashes.

Can someone help me with this?

Hello, im new on the forum, i like to mod my GTA SA, but i got a problem in my TTDISA, it's something interesting, i have full and a clean 1.0 GTA SA version, i have 4 .gxt in my text folder, my language is Spanish, so the game set the default language as Spanish, and when i start, it opens normally, no crash and all, but i know the game has special dialog in English.gxt, so i set the language in English and i restarted GTA SA, but at the 90% or 85% it crash, i do exactly as the Win 7 install says, i have Beta 5 version...

 

BTW, yesterday was working, and today was working too, but i accidentally pressed start key in gym and when i pressed gta_sa.exe it crashed .

 

I re-installed, and installed all again like the readme says, but i still crashing, last thing i do was Nine's and AK's and make some pizza missions

Sometimes I find setting GTA SA to Windows 98 compatibility to help with crashing issues.

 

You will also want to install the 'friendly' version of SilentPL's 1.1 unofficial fix.

Primero que todo, como dijo Lodis necesitas aplicar la versión "friendly" del parche de SilentPL, después de instalar el juego, ese parche arregla un par de problemas, llendo al tema de los crashes, esto se puede deber a que no tienes una instalación original de tu GTA o que tienes un NO CD crack. Otra cosa es, debes EMPEZAR TODO EL JUEGO DENUEVO, asi es, no esperes que las partidas del BETA 4 o BETA 5 funcionen, ah y casi se me olvida, tienes que descargar THINGS TO DO IN SAN ANDREAS VOLUME 1, está a unas páginas atras, buscalo. Asique, instalas una versión original limpia de tu GTA, no le pongas crack, instalas TTDISAV1, aplicas el parche unoficial de SilentPL 1.1, y inicias una partida nueva, y listo. Cualquier problema consultame via PM.

I've found another problem.

 

I finished the " pizza-boy " - missions, so i get an " employees discount on any pizza product at Well Stacked Pizza Co. ".

It's right. Now one menu, which costs 10 $ before, is noch selled for 5 $.

 

But, when i now eat something from any Well Stacked Pizaa Co. restaurant, i don't get any health points and CJ don't gets fat.

Hi everyone.

 

I wanted to say, that I have a little problem with the unofficial fix v1.1 (http://www.sendspace.com/file/2f4yc9) to the TTDISA mod. However, before I could even play with this modification I had to deal with the crash, which was happening when I wanted to load my saved game (Windows 98 compatibility has helped).

 

Now, when I install this fix I have a following problems:

 

* When I use full fix I can’t load my saved game and start a new game at all.

 

* When I use friendly fix I can’t load my saved game unless a save was made while using this fix. Also, a game will crash when I attempt to save my game after completing Big Smoke mission (first mission in the storyline). However, if I kill Ballas gang members that are chasing us down at the beginning of this mission (and possibly when I also carjack someone before this mission), then for some strange reason I can save my progress. But this isn’t over yet. The game also crashes when I walk out from a barber shop and head to the Well Stacked Pizza during Ryder mission (a second one in the storyline).

 

I don’t know what to do. I reinstalled both, TTDISA mod and this fix but it didn’t worked. I also know that both fixes are for different operating systems, but I thought it would be a good idea to try them both.

 

My operating system is Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2, my GTA SA version is v1.0 and TTDISA version that I am using is BETA 5.

 

I am especially interested with this fix, because it fixes a bug in End of the line, which was mentioned before. I started to play from the very beginning but it’s only a matter of days before I reach this point of the game and it would be a shame to see, that CJ, who has blasted his way through a hordes of enemies will be stopped in the end, not by a Big Smoke’s personal security, not by Big Smoke himself, not by a fire caused by Tenpenny, and not by rioters in Los Santos, but by a small tiny “bug”.

 

 

Also I would like to suggest something and report a minor bug that is in the GTA SA, not in the mod.

 

Why not to make Pizza Boy mission to work like the one for Burger Shot in Las Venuras? Instead of employee’s discount you could collect money from one of Well Stocked Pizzas. I mean, employee discount is nice but I think that collecting money is more useful. Besides, pizzas, burgers and chickens are cheap anyway.

 

About the bug. There is a utility pole in East Los Santos behind Cluckin Bell, where pedestrians are spawning in the air next to it instead on the ground. Although it doesn’t affect general game play, but a view of people dropping from above is really weird. You can download screenshot from >> Here <<

I just installed Volume 1 version and used full fix. Problems with save/load and crashes mentioned above have gone, but unfortunately I am kicked to desktop every time I get busted or wasted .

First of all, welcome back Deezire. I´m glad that you´re here and working for another fix for this great mod.

 

But in your mod there´s 2 things, that they aren´t in your mod:

 

- 300 gang teritories

- Casino Four Dragons and Mad Dog Mansion as own property

 

I know, how this things get, but No. 1 is working with Savegame editor, which he isn´t working in my savegame in that mod. And No. 2 is Cleo script, which he isn´t working in your mod.

 

Please, put this things in your next version of TTDISA. Thanks.
