The clipping I'm sure will be fixed (for the most part - remember the sunken vehicles in SA?) but the contextual insensitivity is probably here to stay. R* kills me doing such great games and then putting a wart on it because of Uzis that pop through the windshield whenever Vic Vance turns the wheel. Spamming like that will get you nowhere, lad. This is a discussion forum. If you don't want to discuss this particular topic, kindly f*ck off already. Anyway, I hope these issues are fixed before release. I mean they really should have some sort of Quality Assurance team examining each frame of the trailer to make sure stuff like this doesn't get out.
