H13N.H3N
I dont know how to Create New Skins for Vehicle (SA). Please can someone Teach me? (I know the Basics of Moding) WTF? a screenshoot?, UNWRAP it?! that isn't so helpfully... right? i will explain that better, look: Note: Reload if "User Posted Image" crap appear. 1.- Only cars that fit inside Wheel Arch Angels (or whatever the order of the name is) and Loco Low Co. (and of course some mods) can be skinned 2.- They can be skinned cause they have a main "BodySkin" inside their TXD, if you take a look you will see what i'm talking about, that skin is replaced for another one that actually is the paintjob you're talking about. This is the Main TXD: 3.- Each car, Street Racer or Low Rider can be painted with 4 paintjobs, 3 by default (that of course you can replace) and a extra one (that the game doesn't show cause it doesn't exist) and some moded cars, in general the game only supports 4 skins per car. 4.- The Game handles paintjobs as a separate TXD: >Sultan.dff ---This is the 3D Model >Sultan.txd ---This is the main TXD, where all the original textures are (including the default skin >Sultan1.txd ---THIS one is the first paintjob, you can see how the PJ's are handled by number >Sultan2.txd ---Second paint job >Sultan3.txd ---And third paintjob >Sultan4.txd ---This fourth one can be added (and replaced but only after added) The fourth skin is the one i'd tell you that doesn't appear as an option when you go to mod your car in WAA or LLC, if you add a new TXD with the name of the car and "4" after it, the game will take that as the extra skin. Now, inside the others TXD you will find that it is specified (not necessary the name of the skin but anyway i suggest you to name the skin according to the original) that the only image in the TXD is the alternate Paintjob. You can replace this image to get a new skin madded by yourself you can import any image edited in any software, it is easier replace textures inside TXDs with TXD Workshop, copy/paste/rename to get the fourth one and have the other skins untouched. Now if all this you knew it already, i suggest you to get the Kams Tools for 3D Studio Max, and look for a tutorial for UV Unwrap, by this way you can mod and create new skins or make cars that already exist have skins availables.
