I would put myself in either 1997, as that would be a lot more convenient for me right now.. Or any time between 1985-1989. (Do not ask why) If you can't think of a year, just list a decade. But in general, 1991-1997. At least right now, because I'm in a real big 90's mood again. But if you asked me earlier this year, or maybe sometime next year, I'd probably say 1985 or something. I could also happily be in any time during the Roman Empire or the great Greek Philosophical era. Another time point I would love to visit would be the 40's and 50's in America. One thing is for sure, they may be closer to several cures including diabetis. Space Travel is a hope and dream as well. Evolution should take more than a thousand years but who knows.......Just because. But truthfully I am invested in the hear and now unless my family would like to drop into a different time as well. I agree too, because that year at school was sh*t, about half of the teachers i had would just on call people if they just done something like, shout out rather then giving warnings. If I went in the past, and could keep my current knowledge, then I'd go the late 1400's. Watch this movie It'll give you a good impression about the future of 2500. As for me, I'd choose 1969, mainly to go to Woodstock, and/or see Led Zeppelin in their prime. Not to mention Elvis. Or possibly anytime before 1934, and kick Hitler in the nut. I could go back to the 30's and get a Duesenburg or Bugatti. The mid to late 50's would be cool. So many great cars and Rock'N'Roll was just being born. But really I would like to go back to around 69 or 70. The cars kicked ass and so did the music. Also wouldn't mind going back to around 94 and seeing Alice N' Chains when they were in their prime.
