ThunderPower
This problem has been resolved! My mouse wheel does not work in any 3D Grand Theft Auto games! I have no idea what could be the problem. My mouse is a Rocketfish 2.4GHz Wireless Laser Mouse. I have replaced the batteries twice, reconnected the mouse over 15 times, and deleted the set file. Here is my Dxdiag, does anybody have any idea what this could be? Obviously this is on the PC. CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (2.0GHz Dual Core) RAM: 2GB DDR2 Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE Radeon X1800GTO (256mb, 256bit) OS: Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 It worked fine until earlier today. Ryan
Wow, if there was a daily award for the biggest wall of text I think you just got it. As for your problem. Have you tried using a normal mouse (the one with the cabe that plugs in via a USB post)? If that doesn't work well its probley something with that USB port, so try another USB Port. If that dosn't slove anything well mabee try to reinstall the software for the mouse. Hope I was of some help.

All that info after the system specs isn't useful to anybody. Nobody is going to sit and decode each line of it.
ThunderPower
As I said, I have put all controls to default and deleted the set file. This mouse is a wireless USB mouse. EDIT: It appears that uninstalling the mouse software worked - thanks. Edited December 9, 2007 by ThunderPower
