Edit: Just say you said "Supply Lines" in the subject I find the trick is not to try to fly the RC Baron too much. When you do fly it don't bank (lean) to turn, just turn using the rudder. But do most of your work on the ground. Land it and roll it along the ground so that it's in front of, but not touching, the target vehicle. Then open fire and the vehicle will soon explode, killing the occupant. Because you're right in front of them and they are reluctant to drive into you they'll just sit there and take it. Or they might get out and shoot at you but the RC plane is quite tough and their vehicle exploding should put paid to them. Later you will have do to a mission Learning to Fly which is actually a flying school. There you will master flying and be able to beat the mission. This sure as hell isn't GTA IV, and if you would have read the rules it would tell you to search before posting a topic, and if you would have searched you would have found a guide, and that guide should solve all your problems, and if you still can do the mission make a SnP request. Go read the rules and guidlines Then try this guide There he has everything he needs to pass the mission so no one else needs to add the 2 cents worth on this. crazyanurag please lock this topic as there is sooo much usless info in it.
