Girish
Do you have the latest updates for your video drivers? After updating, make sure you delete the set file from the User Files folder. Edited December 10, 2007 by girishb

crazyanurag
i did update my drivers to 163.75, and also do i have to load the game to get the .set file cuz i dont see it any where in my user files or do i have to delete it from a diff. place The .set file basically contains information of the settings you're using to play SA with. Once you access the menu for the first time, the file is automatically created in the GTA SA User Files folder with the default settings. Since you're unable to go past the logo screens, you wouldn't have one in the folder; I'd advise you to go change your copy of the game. Such problems are sometimes known to occur with pirated versions of the game as well. I hope your DVD is legit. You'll Never Walk Alone
