Also ceedot I was not saying that it would be a storyline mission, I was just thinking about WHAT if we decided to do it on our own accord. But once again this is a totally new line of games and is taking a step away from the crazy unrealistic banter that enslaved the last few games, so I believe they will shy away from the betrayal factor also. ryuclan Posted December 9, 2007 Share Posted December 9, 2007 I dont know cause in all the other games, the people who you had to kill were either assholes (Ryder, Lance at the beginning, Catalina) or people you may have really liked (Smoke, etc.) If Roman is killed I would say it was because of something that he did, a mistake that put him in the position where Niko kills him on accident. Characterisation is one of those things which is very hard to achieve in a video game - yet the GTA series has been pulling it off spectacularly. As for Niko killing Roman - I don't think it will hapeen. They just seem to close and alike for Niko to kill Roman. They just go together as characters...... Although Roman betraying Niko - I wouldn't be really surprised at that. Roman is a mix of a scared pussy 'Ken Rosenberg' and a fishy type of character just like 'Lance Vance'.... So, after watching Move up, ladies for about 100 times (Thats an exaggeration), Does anyone notice how on the scene where Niko has blood on his shirt, Niko says something very peculiar. He says "Welcome to America". It's almost, to me, as if Niko is copying what Roman says to him at the beginning, and sort of looks like he killed Roman right there. I'm probably wrong, but why would he say to any gangster he killed, Welcome to america? Maybe to the British gangsters.
