Lets just take it at face value; R* has said that would be virtually no returning characters, so until we play the game, stop worrying if it was CJ saying "Whassup Money", Tommy yelling at Niko, or any other old characters talking on a damn telephone or walking on the sidewalk. We won't find out unless R* takes the initiative to tell us, and I doubt they would want to spoil what could be an important plot fact, so just wait until we get the damn game. I think the African American community has more air time then any other at this point in time. With Obama running for President, and Oprah the most respected woman celebrity around, literally campaigning for him in the Midwest here now, it's often in the news and movies. First, it's been said that no past characters would be returning and just like the points that the two quotes above this are saying, it gets annoying especially when some think when there's a black guy in a GTA game, it's always CJ.
