All the GTA IV police cars we've seen so far have been based on the standard NYPD cruisers. I think they are Ford Crown Victorias. I'm sure most of you are familiar with that one. But the NYPD also has a small fleet of Dodge Chargers (about 15 of them, I believe) Th car in this image appears to be based on the Charger. If this is the case, it's pretty cool. Although I still want to know what's going on with the taxis that screenshot. Sorry to have gone so off topic here, but I felt it had to be pointed out. They always show betas in pictures and trailers, as we see in Vice City and San Andreas. That's not a LCPD Charger, it's just a normal car. Its important for a company like R* (who fishes out fake addresses) to own the site name before someone else does even if there are no immediate plans to construct one.
